Terms of Service

By accessing or using the KCRP verification system, Discord server, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

To use KCRP services you must:

• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Have a valid Roblox account in good standing
• Comply with Discord's and Roblox's own Terms of Service
• Not be banned or suspended from KCRP previously without appeal

The verification process links your Discord and Roblox accounts. By completing verification you consent to:

• Your Roblox username being set as your server nickname
• Your IP address being checked for VPN or proxy usage
• A timeout being applied if a VPN or proxy is detected
• Your Discord and Roblox account being associated within our system

Attempting to circumvent verification (e.g. using a VPN, alternate accounts, or exploiting the system) may result in a permanent ban.

While using KCRP services, you must not:

• Attempt to bypass or exploit the verification system
• Impersonate other users or KCRP staff
• Use multiple accounts to evade bans or timeouts
• Harass, threaten, or harm other members
• Share, sell, or transfer your verified account access
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law

KCRP reserves the right to remove, suspend, or ban any user at any time for any violation of these terms. We are not obligated to provide a reason or warning before taking action, though we will attempt to do so where reasonable.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of KCRP services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates.
