Privacy Policy

KCRP operates a Discord-based community with a Roblox account verification system. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect during that process, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We collect only what is necessary to run a safe, legitimate community. We do not sell your data.

When you go through the verification process, we collect:

• Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar
• Your Discord account email address (provided via Discord OAuth)
• Your Roblox username (provided via Roblox OAuth)
• Your IP address at the time of verification

The data collected is used solely for:

• Linking your Discord and Roblox accounts for server access
• Setting your server nickname to your Roblox username
• Detecting and blocking VPN or proxy connections to prevent abuse
• Enforcing cooldowns for users caught attempting to bypass verification
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the KCRP community

Temporary session data (used to link your Discord and Roblox accounts during verification) is stored for a maximum of 10 minutes and then automatically deleted.

Timeout records for users who triggered a cooldown are stored for the duration of the timeout period, then removed.

We do not maintain a permanent database of verified users beyond what Discord stores natively on your account within the server.

Your IP address is checked against a third-party VPN/proxy detection service (ipinfo.io) at the time of verification. We use this solely to detect abuse.

Your IP address is not stored long-term by KCRP. We do not track your browsing activity or location beyond the single check performed during verification.

KCRP's verification system interacts with the following third-party platforms:

• Discord — account identity and server role management
• Roblox — account identity via OAuth
• ipinfo.io — VPN and proxy detection
• Cloudflare — infrastructure and request handling

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for data practices of third-party platforms.

You may request deletion of any data we hold about you by contacting KCRP staff through our Discord server. Since we store minimal data, most requests are fulfilled immediately.

You may also revoke the KCRP OAuth app's access to your Discord or Roblox account at any time through the respective platform's authorised apps settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of KCRP services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
